Terms of Use TAAKK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides the following terms and conditions on taakk.jp (hereinafter referred to as "this website") operated by our company. Purchasing a Product When a user wishes to purchase a product, he/she shall apply for the purchase of the product in accordance with the method specified on this site. After the customer's application for the purchase of a product is received by our server via the Internet line, the contents of the application will be recorded in our system, and we will send the user an email (hereinafter referred to as the "Order Completion Email") under the name of TAAKK Official Online Store containing the order details. When we send a notice of acceptance in the Order Completion Email, a purchase contract for the relevant product will be established between the user and our company. In addition, our company shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage suffered by the customer due to the fact that the contents of the customer's application were not recorded in our system.
Minors may not purchase products without the prior consent of a competent legal guardian.

Depending on the settings of the user's monitor, the color of the product photos displayed on this website may differ slightly from the actual product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for such reasons.
Regardless of the reason, if the correct price of a product sold on this site differs from the price displayed on this site, we will, at our discretion, either (a) contact you before shipping and ask you to confirm the correct price again before instructing us to ship the product, or (b) cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Payment Method <br data-mce-fragment="1">The amount to be paid when purchasing a product will be the total of the purchase price of the product, including consumption tax, and shipping charges.
Payment for products purchased through this service is limited to payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) in the User's name, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
If payment is made by credit card, the member will comply with the terms and conditions that he/she enters into with the credit card company separately. If any dispute arises between the member and the credit card company in relation to the use of the credit card, the member and the credit card company will be responsible for resolving it between themselves.
Receipts will only be issued if you contact us via CONTACT to request one.

Product Shipping <br data-mce-fragment="1">Shipping destinations for this service are limited to within Japan. Products are usually shipped via Sagawa Express within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Please note that we cannot specify a date and time of delivery.
Shipping costs are 800 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Items will be shipped per order. If you place multiple orders, they cannot be shipped together even if they are to the same delivery address. Thank you for your understanding.
We shall not be liable for any damage or loss of products during delivery.
