We do not accept any returns or exchanges of products or cancellation of orders due to customer's convenience (size does not fit, does not match image, wrong order, etc.). If the product is defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met.

1. If you contact us via CONTACT on this site within 7 days after arrival
2.Unused, unwashed, with tags
3.When there are accessories and a statement of delivery
4. If the product is not soiled or scratched by the customer
5. When there is no odor on the product
After contacting the Company, the user must include the relevant product, tags, accessories, and invoice and return it by cash on delivery. After checking the returned product, if it is confirmed that the product is defective or the wrong product, we will exchange the product for the correct product. At that time, we cannot exchange other products, colors or sizes. Only if we are unable to secure the product in stock, we will issue a refund. In addition, if there is a defect in the product purchased at the actual store, please contact the respective store. It may take some time to respond on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays. Please note.


Returns/exchanges are only allowed if product is proven to be defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.

If returning/exchanging for the above reasons, please make sure to meet the requirements listed below.

1. TAAKK Inc. must be contacted within 7 days of delivery using our CONTACT page form.
2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached.
3. Must have original attachments and original receipt.

If the above conditions are met, TAAKK Inc. will resend the item with another identical one.
If an item is out of stock, a refund will be given.

If an item was purchased at a physical store, please contact the store.

If an item is returned/exchanged during the weekend or holidays, please allow extra time for your request to be processed.
