RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges of products, cancellations of orders We do not accept returns or exchanges of products or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience (size does not fit, different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.) Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or a different product from the order is delivered, and all of the following conditions are met.
1. If you contact us via CONTACT on this website within 7 days of arrival
2. Unused, unwashed, with tags still attached
3. If there are accessories or a delivery note
4. If there are no stains or scratches in the customer's possession
5. If the product does not have an odor
After contacting us, the user should return the product, tag, accessories, and delivery note together with the product in question, cash on delivery. After checking the returned product, if we find that the product is defective or the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item. In this case, we cannot exchange for a different product, color, or size. We will only provide a refund if the product is not in stock. In addition, if the product you purchased at a physical store is defective, please contact the respective store. Please note that it may take some time to respond if the order falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or the New Year holidays.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are only allowed if product is proven to be defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.
If returning/exchanging for the above reasons, please make sure to meet the requirements listed below.
1. TAAKK Inc. must be contacted within 7 days of delivery using our CONTACT page form.
2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached.
3. Must have original attachments and original receipt.
If the above conditions are met, TAAKK Inc. will resend the item with another identical one. The replaced item cannot be given in a different size or color.
If an item is out of stock, a refund will be given.
If an item was purchased at a physical store, please contact the store.
If an item is returned/exchanged during the weekend or holidays, please allow extra time for your request to be processed.
