Shipping and handling fees

1. For regular domestic shipping, the shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) nationwide. However, the shipping fee for Okinawa and remote islands is 1,100 yen (tax included). Please note that the shipping fee cannot be changed.

2. Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item together with other items, due to shipping costs, all items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order.

Customs duties and consumption tax for international shipping

If you order an item for international shipping, import duties and taxes may be assessed once the package is opened, inspected, and the shipping destination determined by customs authorities. You are responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these duties and taxes and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order. If you return an item, import duties will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If duties were not included, it is your responsibility to request duties directly from your local customs office.


Delivery time

Normally, your order will be shipped via Yamato Transport or within 5 business days of receiving it. We will ship via Sagawa Express.

Order cancellations and changes

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed.
Please carefully consider your order before confirming it.

Returns and Exchanges

1. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

2. We try to show the actual colors of the photos as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of web technology, the colors may vary depending on the device settings. If you wish to exchange a product that is different from the image, you may do so as long as the same product is in stock, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In addition, we do not accept exchanges for products that have changed in appearance since they arrived. This includes stains, price tags, tags, and labels.

3. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Cancellation of regular products

You can cancel your order free of charge up until the following times. If you cancel after the specified time, the delivery company will start preparing the shipment, so it will be difficult to stop the shipment and a cancellation fee will be charged.

< Wednesday to Friday >
・Orders placed before 3pm: Customers must contact us by 3pm on the same day. ・Orders placed after 3pm: Customers must contact us by 3pm the following day.

< Saturday to Monday >
- If you contact us by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday and payment/transfer is not made within 5 business days after the order is confirmed, your order will be automatically cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

If you cancel within the above period, we will refund 100%. If you have already transferred the money, please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.

If you cancel after the deadline, we will refund the amount minus the return shipping fee if the item has already been shipped. For returns after the item has been opened, please see "Returns and Exchanges".

Cancellation of pre-ordered items

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations for pre-ordered items.

If a payment deadline is set when you make a reservation, and payment is not confirmed within that deadline, your order, including the reserved item, will be automatically canceled. If you make payment after the deadline for a canceled order, the item will not be ordered, so you will not be able to pick it up when it arrives.

Out of stock

1. In online sales, due to the congestion of the shopping cart, it may happen that the product is available for purchase even if it is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.

Shipping

We ship via UPS (tracking). We will quote the exact shipping cost once your order is processed and packaged.

For physical items, your purchase will be shipped from Japan within a few business days.

When an item is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be charged to resend it.

Packages are shipped Wednesday through Friday. TAAKK Inc. is closed during summer holidays (usually mid August around August 13-15) and New Years week (December 28 through January 5).

Duties and taxes on international shipments

If you order goods for international delivery, import duties and taxes may be imposed once the package is opened, inspected by customs authorities, and the delivery address is identified. You are responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these duties and taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Cancellations/Returns

Orders can be canceled if the following conditions below are met.

< Wednesday - Friday >
- For orders before 3pm JST, orders can be canceled same day until 3pm JST.
- For orders after 3pm JST, orders can be canceled until the following day 3pm JST.

< Saturday - Sunday >
・For orders placed on the weekend, orders can be canceled until Tuesday 3pm JST.

If payment is not made within 5 days of placing an order, the order will be canceled automatically.

Cancellation of Preorder Items

Preordered items that have been paid for cannot be canceled.

If a preordered item order has been placed and payment has not been made within 5 business days, that order will be automatically canceled.
